1、广告不要去轻信

2、熟人介绍不一定就靠谱

可能你会说了，自己朋友介绍的公司怎么会不靠谱呢？你要知道，我们每个人的想法都是不同的，审美观也一定是不一样的，你朋友认为的好不一定你也觉得好，如果你选用了朋友介绍的装修公司，一旦出现什么问题你也不好去指责，只能是吃这个哑巴亏，所以当熟人介绍的时候，一定要在细节上问清楚，比如有没有后续增项等等，技术怎么样，再去朋友的家里自己的观察是否是自己喜欢的再做决定。

3、证书复印件不要轻信

对于营业执照的复印件是可以造假的，所以我们在选择装修公司的时候，如果对方出示的证书的复印件，那么我们就要考虑这个公司真的是靠谱的吗？规模大的公司，成立了很久的公司基本是没有问题的，怕就怕那种新成立的小规模公司，所以对于小公司我们还是看一看证书的原件较好！

4、查看公司以往的案例和样板间

能力强大的公司，成功的装修案例一定会有很多，所以我们要了解一下那些案例。可以看出公司技术水平的的同时又能确定公司的真实性。

5、样板间≠家装实景

我们要清楚的是，装修公司的样板间一般都是由最好的设计师和工匠设计打造的，而我们请装修公司装修的时候不一定请到的是最好的设计师和工匠，所以我们一定要多去几个正在装修的工地，从那里可以看到装修工人的素质水平，技艺是否娴熟，已经用材和用料方面是否偷工减料等等，还要去一下已经快交工的工地是怎样的，观察装修公司平常的水平，可以对比出和样板间的差距。

6、不要轻信折扣价

好的装修公司在装修价格上的浮动不会太大，所谓一分钱一分货，如果有些装修公司优惠的力度和其他装修公司相比便宜了特别多，那么我们就要考虑是否有装修陷阱了。

7、观察装修公司的管理制度

优秀的装修公司从咨询到最后的完工，期间的各个部分完善，管理层次分明，整个过程有条不紊，各司其职，从开始到最后都有管理在监督，而部分的公司管理体系不完善，这样就很难有保障。

shopper a:so that’s about an $8.00 difference.

clerk:that’s right.

shopper a:i’ll take the cool walkers.could you get me size 7 in white?

clerk:ok.i will be right back.(go get the shoes)
